Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/4 cups white sugar
• 1 cup mashed feijoas
• 1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 180C. Place all wet ingredients in foodprocessor & mix until smooth.
2. In a seperate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Mix well.
4. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin. Bake for 30m at 180C.
5. Ice if desired.
