Crispy Chia Chicken Tenders

Home \\ Crispy Chia Chicken Tenders Great for an easy to make game day meal.
Ingredients:
- 250g Skinless, boneless chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Other High Fiber Seed
- 1/4 cup Cheese grated
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Egg
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Mix the basil, garlic, Italian cheese, salt, oregano, flax seed, and chia seeds in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs.
- Take each chicken tender and place in egg then coat with chia seed mixture. Place coated tenders on baking sheet. Do until all tenders are coated with egg and chia seed mixture.
- Place chicken in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Make sure to turn tenders over half way through. Serve with Agave Sweetened Barbecue Sauce.
