Makes 12 | Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 200 g butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups cornflakes

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
  2. Sift flour & cocoa, stir into creamed mixture. Fold in cornflakes.
  3. Gently press together heaped tablespoons of mixture onto greased tray.
  4. Bake for 15m or until set. When cold ice with chocolate icing & decorate with a walnut if desired.
