\\ Champion Flour Afghans
Makes 12 | Serves 6
Ingredients:
200 g butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups cornflakes
Steps:
Preheat oven to 180C. Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
Sift flour & cocoa, stir into creamed mixture. Fold in cornflakes.
Gently press together heaped tablespoons of mixture onto greased tray.
Bake for 15m or until set. When cold ice with chocolate icing & decorate with a walnut if desired.
